The Bush 2 Beach, Australian Jamboree 2025 will endeavour to provide a transparent and supportive system and acknowledge that circumstances change. Requests for refunds need to be made in writing by email to jamboree@girlguides-nswactnt.org.au and will be processed according to the information below.

Payments

The Bush 2 Beach, Australian Jamboree will accept payments via credit card (Visa or Mastercard) using the application database. A secure payment process is incorporated into the application database. Full payment is welcome at any stage. Extra payments can be made using the same system. The application database will automatically manage payments and indicate amounts owing. Reminder emails will be sent when payments are due.

Payment for specific activities (if required) will be added to the participant’s invoice total after they have been confirmed as allocated to the specific activity. This payment will be due by 31st May 2025. In some circumstances, these payments may be required AFTER the due date depending on the activity provider.

Note 1: Full payment for camp must be made prior to participants being confirmed and allocated to activities

Note 2: Jamboree payments DO NOT include travel or State/International Contingent fees.

Note 3: The Jamboree fee includes but is not limited to the following:

1. Jamboree programmed Activities required as part of the program (Unless stated otherwise)

2. All catering during the event

3. Accommodation during the event

4. Insurance required during the event

5. ALL transport from arrival at allocated arrival zone and to allocated departure zone

6. Jamboree shirt, hate, badge, and bag.

Refunds / Cancellations:

Withdrawal after 30 November 2024 and on or before 31 March 2025 – refund of amount paid less $200 deposit.

Withdrawal between 1 April 2025 – 30 June 2025 – refund of 50% of the full event cost.

Withdrawal after 30 June 2025 – no refund provided.

There will be NO changes made to the Jamboree fee for any participant.

Special Circumstances:

Special consideration will be given to written requests for a refund after this date only in extenuating circumstance and consideration of such a request does not mean any refund will be provided.
