Overview: This expedition will challenge the Guides to test their physical abilities by carrying all their gear on an overnight expedition in a National Park. It will also push their comfort zone to discover new parts of the Park.

Description: This overnight hike in a National Park will allow the Guides to experience a deeper connection with nature, access remote areas not reachable on a day hike, witness unique wildlife behaviour during different times of day, enjoy solitude and tranquillity, and challenge themselves physically by carrying gear and navigating over longer distances.  Essentially it will provide a more immersive and profound outdoor experience compared to a single day. 

Camping under the stars, the Guides will experience the beauty of sleeping outdoors in a protected area.

Special Conditions: The hike will be graded between Grade 3 and 4. This means that some bushwalking experience would be recommended. Suitable for most fitness levels. Tracks may be long, rough and steep. Walks up to 20kms.
